Livestock Development

The Project Is Nice. But That's Total Wastage Of Public Funds. 1 Million For 30 Goats Unless We Are Not Serious.
why Should It Also Benefit Specific People Yet Development And Empowerment Should Be Done To A Ward Or Organization Or A Group Of People.
let's Be Serious For Once

Official Response:

Hello Stephen, We appreciate your feedback and interest in the Livestock Development project. The Project is an ongoing initiative focused on enhancing goat farming and improving local breeds. This project includes continuous training on essential skills like goat rearing, management, disease control and breed selection, alongside the provision of high-quality bucks to boost breeding efforts. Aimed at fostering inclusive development, the project targets 12 marginalized women’s groups, with each group receiving 3-5 goats to support breed improvement. By combining livestock distribution with comprehensive, ongoing capacity building, the project not only empowers these communities but also contributes to sustainable improvements in livestock quality, leading to long-term economic benefits for the region.
